Welcome! All items are handmade by the shop owner, which means each item is completely unique. Some variations in the color of the wood hangers may occur from those pictured, but I do take care to match hangers for group orders as closely as possible! All lettering is in lowercase unless requested otherwise.

SHIPPING INFO
I use USPS priority mail which includes tracking information. For rush orders, we will make alternate arrangements for an additional charge.
Make sure that the shipping address associated with your Paypal account is the correct address, otherwise specify requested shipping address in your order.
I am happy to ship internationally! All orders will be shipped with international first class mail. If you would like a delivery confirmation number or need the hanger quickly, please convo me and I will adjust the shipping prices.
International customers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes or duties associated with shipping to their respective countries. International customers are expected to be aware of and pay all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may occur at the time of delivery.
Returns and refunds are not available because item(s) are facing customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. Please be aware of the fees that you may be charged when receiving an international package from the United States.
REFUND POLICY
I want you to be happy! I will not send you an item that I wouldn't want in my own wedding photos. Because every item is custom-made, I only allow refunds based on errors that are my fault. In order to avoid that, please include specifics in your order and I will confirm all details with you prior to beginning your order!
